- Issues caused by modifications or repairs done by anyone other than Etelirepair
Warranty Claim Process:

2. Display Warranty Policy
Etelirepair offers warranties on some original displays, but the conditions and terms vary based on the type of purchase:
Online Display Warranty:
- No Warranty on Displays: We do not offer warranty coverage on any display or screen purchased online.
- Pre-Installation Inspection: Before installation, it is essential to inspect the display thoroughly. Do not remove any protective film or packaging until you have checked the display for defects. If you find any issues, please do not install the display and contact Etelirepair immediately.
- Warranty Void if Damaged: If the display has been exposed to moisture, adhesive, or any other damage (e.g., scratches, sweat), the warranty will be void.
- Post-Installation Warranty: Once a display has been installed, no warranty will be offered for any subsequent issues.
In-Shop Display Warranty (Original Displays Only):
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty is only provided for original displays purchased and installed by Etelirepair experts.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Broken screens
- Black/white screens
- Color lines
- Dead pixels
- Liquid damage
Please note that the warranty is only valid for displays replaced through Etelirepair experts.
3. Battery Warranty Policy
We provide a warranty on batteries purchased from Etelirepair, but there are certain exclusions:
Warranty Coverage:
- If you are dissatisfied with the battery’s backup time, we will honor a warranty claim.
Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover:
- Liquid damage
- Short circuits
- Battery health issues (e.g., degradation over time, which is typical for all rechargeable batteries)
4. Repair Service Warranty Policy
Etelirepair offers a repair warranty to ensure the quality of our repair work. If an issue arises after a repair, we are committed to fixing it promptly.
Repair Warranty Coverage:
- If a repair issue reoccurs within 30 days of the service date, we will fix the issue again free of charge.
Repair Warranty Exclusions:
